Job Description:
WSA - Researches resolves, and responds to various customer inquiries received via telephone, e-mail, and vocie-mail. Resolves technical support issues and concerns of customers. Assists and may train other Technical Suport Specialists, insuring that major technical support issues are properly addressed. Has strong knowledge of company's products. May document issues and suggest sysytem improvements. Requires a two year degree or equivalent expereince and a minimum of one year of experience in a related activity.

Salary.com - Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
